Richard N. Bernstein is a business and transactional attorney with more than four decades of experience advising companies and organizations at all stages of development. His experience includes corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic and venture financings, distribution and licensing, technology transfer, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and general corporate matters.
Throughout his career, Richard has worked with businesses across a wide range of industries, including software, Internet and telecommunications, pharmaceutical, aviation, defense procurement, homeland security and other commercial enterprises.
He brings to Commerce Service Group extensive experience in business transactions, strategic relationships and the development of commercial enterprises.
